The leaders I admire most are the ones who stay calm under pressure, take responsibility for their mistakes, and help others grow and be better. That’s the kind of leadership I try to live by: firm when needed but fair and human.

I believe that everyone needs space to grow, but also a structure that supports progress and accountability. A healthy team depends on the balance between motivation and influence: some people lift others, creating energy and collaboration, while others can spread negativity or resistance. A leader must recognize both, encouraging what drives progress and addressing what holds it back.

Leadership, to me, is about creating an environment where people feel safe enough to try, involved enough to care, and accountable enough to deliver.

It’s not about pushing people to exhaustion but about inspiring enthusiasm for progress.
