I’m motivated by the challenge of simplifying complexity and turning ideas into scalable systems. My goal is to start with purpose, maintain clarity, and build things that last, with people at the center.

What I do best is understanding what businesses need, analyzing where things break, and applying technology to solve problems while helping teams work better.

From my early years in research to leading SaaS operations across global teams, I’ve learned the importance of structure: building systems of thought before systems of execution.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on connecting strategy with execution, removing friction, scaling delivery, and helping teams work smarter. Whether redesigning processes or creating new tools, my aim is always the same: enabling businesses and people to reach their full potential through clarity, focus, and disciplined execution.

Outside work, I find balance in simple and meaningful moments with my family and close friends. I love games of all kinds and have a deep appreciation for music.

Advising expert networks on technology, software delivery and process optimization, while developing AI-powered prototypes and workflow automations using n8n, OpenAI and ElevenLabs.

Led global SaaS operations and service delivery for 200+ enterprise clients in 90+ countries, scaling teams, structuring operational governance and implementing workflow automations across Jira, ServiceNow and Pipedrive.

Earlier in my career, I began a PhD within the MIT Portugal Program, focused on predictive energy modelling and smart-meter analytics. Although the project is currently on hold, it shaped much of the analytical and systems-thinking foundation I still apply today, and it remains a chapter I may return to in the future.
